Hailing from the Frozen North, Riotgrrlscout heats up Fetish Alive with her Neo-Burlesque styling and flaming red hair. This self proclaimed, card carrying "utter nerd" is a saucy 5'5" female born about 27 years ago and has a slew of accomplishments under her belt.

In addition to performing both solo and group pieces professionally with Albuquerque's Premier modern Burlesque Troupe, Riotgrrlscout is a member of NM:TNG, was a founding member of Cibola High Schools gay-straight alliance, and can be found everywhere from Albuquerque Shines (the variety show that opens the Rio Grande Leather Contest Weekend) to the gaming room at your local Sci-Fi con. Riotgrrlscout is also a founding member of Red One Inch Strap and is proud to spend her paper anniversary performing at Fetish Alive, her second Southwest Fetish Ball.

crrreature is your current Mr. Rio Grande Leather, 2008. He discovered NM:TNG and the Leather community in the spring of 2005. Since then he has attended workshops, blacked boots, traveled, played, volunteered, blacked boots, co-taught and taught classes and has even found time to play.

In addition to his kinky side, crrreature is a full time student, artist and musician. You can find him working his ass off this year representing the BDSM community of New Mexico and beyond. He will be raising money for National Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF) and is the co-founder and developer of Leather Scouts. Boys R Us is Tucson's Premiere Gender Performance Troupe. We are a collective of dedicated gender queers who have been coming together for over six years to create a roller coaster ride of emotion, imagery, ideas and entertainment that we take to the stage. Gender bending can fall into many experiences and points of view; exploring the ying yang of gender, societal roles, image, self-esteem, self projection and identification. All of these pieces blend together and play an important part in the paradox of our gender transformation.

Our audience enjoys seeing us push the envelope of gender within our community and confront the underlying issues that are not always acknowledged. This validates "the Struggle" and provides a common ground in which we are able to communicate our ideas to our audience. We use the stage to illustrate these ideas of breaking through societies dichotomous set roles and questioning other preconceived notions of gender. We want to expand peoples minds of what gender is, of what it is not, and of what it could be…whether its masculinity, femininity or everything in between…
